Did You Know...? What makes a dog the ideal tracker is not just the ability to detect scent - it's the ability to distinguish scents, and concentration of scents. Dogs are also way better than machines at tracking from lower to higher concentrations of an odour - a nifty trick when you're trying to find the source of a smell!
